Pricing

One plan, priced per seat

There is one plan. Everything your organisation switches on is included in it, and the first few seats are free. These are launch defaults — if we agree something different with you in writing, that wins over this page.

What it costs

$25 per seat, per month

Billed on the most seats you had provisioned on any single day of the month, less your free allowance.

How billing works

You are billed per PROVISIONED seat, not per login. A seat nobody uses still costs; a seat five people share is still one seat.

The month is measured at its daily high-water mark — the most seats you had provisioned on any single day. A contractor added for a shutdown week costs that week, not the year.

The first seats are free: 20% of your high-water mark, up to 5 seats. A five-person team pays for four; a forty-person team pays for thirty-five.

One bill a month, in arrears, for what you actually provisioned. No setup fee, no per-module upsell, and no minimum term at launch.

These are launch defaults. The rate and the allowance are configurable per customer, and anything agreed in writing wins over this page.

Estimate your bill

The most seats provisioned on any single day of the month — that daily high-water mark is what the bill is built from.

What we never bill you for

Being straight about this is cheaper than an argument later. The list is short because the model is simple: one charge, on provisioned seats.

Logins and sessions

Sign in fifty times a day from four devices. It changes nothing — the charge is on the seat, not on the use of it.

Switching a module on

Every module your organisation is entitled to is included. There is no per-module licence and no upgrade to reach a feature.

The records you file

Incidents, permits, assessments, audits, actions — unmetered. Nobody should hesitate to file a near miss because of a bill.

Sites, departments and locations

Structure your organisation the way it actually is. The shape of your org chart is not a pricing lever.

Setup and onboarding

There is no implementation fee at launch. You provision your own workspace in minutes without talking to anybody.

Two honest caveats. Storage and email are included with normal use and we have not put a hard cap on either — if your usage is ever far outside normal we will talk to you before anything changes, not invoice you for it after. And an account that exists but is never used still counts as a provisioned seat: de-provisioning it is what stops the charge.

How the bill is worked out

Seats times the rate, minus the free allowance. Here it is on three real headcounts, using the launch defaults.

billable seats = high-water mark − min(20% of high-water mark, rounded down, 5)
Seats (high-water mark)Free seatsBillable seatsMonthly bill
514$100
12210$250
40535$875

The 20% is rounded DOWN before the cap applies, which is why twelve seats gives two free seats and not two-and-a-bit. Above twenty-five seats the cap of five is what binds, so the allowance stops growing.

Pricing questions

The questions the model raises

Per-seat pricing has edges. Here is where ours are.

A provisioned user account in your workspace. Creating an account occupies a seat from that day; removing it releases the seat from the next day's count onwards. Nothing about logging in, or not logging in, changes the charge.

Put your real headcount into the estimator above, then start a workspace free and see whether the product earns it.
